Behind the door, from top: PSU fan controller, ASUS DVDRW, Evercool pump/res/fan control, floppy drive.The case arrived to me without any drive rails or blanking plates - I've had to 3D print them as required.

Expansions galore, from top: Leadtek WinFast A350 Ultra TDH MiVivo NVIDIA GeForce 5900 Ultra 256MB, D-Link 802.11g WiFi, SoundBlaster Live 5.1, Hauppauge WinTV-Express tuner card.

The money shot - the Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 is an NVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400 board, in this case fitted with the top of the foodchain AMD AthlonXP "Barton" 3200+. The old Zalman CNPS6000Cu was replaced recently with the Evercool WC202 water cooling system as the 3200+ runs extremely hot and couldn't stay cool during streaming sessions. Gotta love that mirror finish chrome plated water block!

The heartbeat - a matching Thermaltake Silent PurePower 480W. This supply was unique to the Xaser III, so may be transitioned over to the next era-unique build in future.
